Terms & Conditions
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1) Shop Warranty: If the item is hardware defective, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to inform us for exchange to new one. Before send it back to the factory service dept, please let us know with a valid proof of the quality problem. We will support you to fix if it is software problem.
2) Shop Warranty: If you really don't like the product once you receive it, you can return it back to us with full original packing, and we refund you the cost of the item ( excluding any shipping cost). You have 3 days to notify us from the date of receipt.
3) Factory Warranty: 1 year. The repair service will be done free by the factory in China but returning shipping cost is to be paid by the customer.
4) The warranty is not available once the items are damaged by improper use.
5) Please check the parcel carefully when you receive it, if you find the parcel is damaged or the device is broken, please refuse to sign the parcel and contact us immediately.
6) Some countries may impose Import Duty/Tax and it is buyer's responsibility to pay these duty or tax.
7) IPTV Streaming or Server issues： The providers make every effort to fix any issue as soon as possible but there may be cases which need some days to fix completely.
